On May 30, 2019 around 1:45 am, 32-year-old Tyler Davis allegedly assaulted a Chandler police officer & resisted arrest after attempting to rob a Quick Trip.

On May 17, 1997, 15-year-old Luis Andrea Parra died after he sustained a single gunshot wound while inside a residence located in the 400 block of North Delaware Street. The shooter, 21-year-old Venancio Cortez Miramontes, fled the residence before police arrived. Twenty-two years to the day of Parra’s death, Miramontes was arrested without incident.
On May 24, 2019 around 6:30am, 28-year-old Shane Matthew Kelley was arrested for his alleged role in an armed robbery at the Hungry Howie’s back in January.
