Armored Car Robbed in Chandler

CHANDLER, AZ. On Friday April 25, 2008 at approximately 1:15pm, a Loomis armored car employee was robbed at gunpoint at the Wells Fargo Bank drive through located at 1090 East Ray Road in Chandler.
The worker had exited the armored car to service the ATM. While doing so, he was robbed at gunpoint by three male suspects. The suspects were all wearing masks and they did take a bag with undisclosed contents. They fled the area in a grey Mercury passenger car that was located shortly afterwards in the neighborhood to the north of the bank. Witnesses reported seeing the suspects enter a newer model grey or silver Chevrolet pick up truck and then leave the area. There is no further suspect information at this time.
