2010 Law Enforcement Torch Run Each year Chandler Police Department Officers and civlians participate in the state Law Enforcement Torch Run. The Torch Run is a running event in which officers and athletes from varous Arizona police departments carry the "Flame of Hope" to the Opening Ceremonies of local Special Olympics competitions.
