Since receipt of the Maximus report, 47 recommendations have been completed. Research and work continues on the one remaining recommendation:

• # 32 - Revising the Chart of Sanctions

Recommendation #32 was expanded to include all of the Police Department General Orders. To date, 71 changes have been made to Department General Orders to ensure they are in compliance with all City of Chandler rules, regulations, and policies.  Research and/or writing of new policies are under way for this remaining recommendation. Target date for completion of this recommendation is the end of June 2006.

Maximus made 15 recommendations regarding the SAU team. All of these are completed.
