General Information

Citizens requesting copies of police reports must complete a "Request for Copies" form. This form can be completed at the Police Department at 250 E. Chicago St., or can be mailed to the requesting party. You can also print out the form from online here:
http://chandlerpd.com/pdfs/report_request.pdf

If you would like to retrieve an Accident Report online you can also go to:
http://chandleraz.policereports.us/

Due to a cross-referencing database, only a minimum of information - usually the date and location of occurrence - is needed to locate the report.

Update
In keeping with a growing Valley trend to supply police reports at no charge to certain victims, the Chandler Police Department will begin to photocopy requested reports at no charge to victims (EFFECTIVE 2-12-01). These reports include victims of a Title 13 violation (as defined by ARS 13-4401) or of any investigation involving a death (accident, suicide, etc). We will be supplying only ONE report at no charge.
