Barking Dog
Chandler City Ordinance 30-5

Keeping, harboring or having custody within the City any dog which barks, howls or makes noises by day or night which disturbs the peace and quiet of any person or family in the neighborhood.

Noise Disturbance

Any sound which is of sufficient volume and duration that it would cause discomfort or annoyance to a reasonable person of normal sensitivity.

Non-Firearm Weapons (i.e. B.B. Guns)
Chandler City Ordinance 11-6

It shall be unlawful within the city limits for any person to have in his possession, carry or use, except within the confines of his domicile and premises, or encased, unloaded or in an otherwise inoperable condition, any air gun, B.B. gun, gas-operated gun, or spring gun or any instrument, toy or weapons commonly known as a "peashooter", "slingshot" or "beany" or any other instrument, including but not limited to bows and arrows, made for the purpose of throwing or projecting missiles of any kind by any means whatsoever, whether such instrument is called by any name set forth above or by any other name. Parents of children who have been found to be in violation of this section shall be responsible for any damage or injury done by such children to the person or property of others in accordance with the provisions of sections 12-661 and 15-446 of the Arizona Revised Statues, 1956.

Disruptive Parties
Chandler City Ordinance 30-5

Prohibition of parties which disturb the peace.  No person shall knowingly congregate because of, or participate in, any party or gathering of two (2) or more people from which noise emanates of sufficient volume or of such nature to reasonably disturb the peace, quiet, or repose of other persons. 

Pool Draining

Backwashing of pool water onto city alleys, streets, and rights-of-way is prohibited. All backwash water must be maintained on the owner's property. Exception: for the purpose of maintaining a pool, water may be drained onto city streets after obtaining written permission from the director of public works.

Alley Weeds
Chandler City Ordinance 30-2

The owner or person in control of any premise shall maintain up to the center of the alley and keep it free of uncontrolled vegetation growth in excess of six inches in height.
