MO: On 08/15/02, between 1700 and 1730 hours, at 1111 W Summit Pl, a white male approached a woman in the parking lot, fondled the woman, exposed himself, and then fled the area on foot.

Later the same day, a woman was accosted outside an apartment at 1126 W Elliot Rd. The suspect grabbed her from behind and fondled her breasts while attempting to open the front door of an apartment. The female screamed and the subject ran away.

Both victims describe the suspect as being a white male in his early 30's, approximately 5ft. 9inches tall, 160 to 180 lbs, wearing a white t-shirt, black spandex biking shorts, white socks, and white sneakers.
