On 11/03/03 at approximately 1930 hours, Jarrod Michael Waring was found shot to death in the alley behind 388 N. Comanche Dr. Chandler, Az. Waring was inside his girlfriend's white passenger car at the time of his death, parked just east of Arrowhead Park.
