Manslaughter, Aggravated Assault,
Aggravated DUI, Endangerment

INCIDENT: On March 21 st, 2004, at 5:17 p.m., Rogelio Hernandez-Santiago was driving a car when he was involved in a vehicle collision near 703 W. Frye Road. The driver of the other car, a 20-year-old Chandler resident, died at the scene. Before the investigation was complete, the suspect fled the area and his whereabouts are currently unknown. Rogelio Hernandez-Santiago is currently wanted for 1 count of manslaughter, 3 counts of aggravated assault, 1 count of aggravated DUI and 1 count of endangerment.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Rogelio is a Hispanic male, 5’ 8” tall, approximately 200 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was 24 years old at the time of the collision. He also uses the alias Niceforo Sotelo Bernal.
