Civilian Motorcycle Safety Course

The Chandler Police Department’s Traffic Section is hosting another civilian motorcycle training course. Slated for Saturday, February 16, 2019 in the south parking lot of Hamilton High School located at 3200 S. Arizona Ave., this course is designed to educate the public on the safe operation of a motorcycle. The course will be administered and facilitated by members of the Department’s Traffic Section and runs from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
This is a FREE class! Lunch will also be provided.
The Arizona Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Foundation will be on-site at the class giving out scholarships to the participants to take an additional riding school sponsored through their organization.
Riders of all levels of experience are encouraged to sign up for this course. Potential applicants must provide their own motorcycle and safety equipment and have the proper endorsements on their driver’s license. This training is only provided for the first 40 applicants.
This training is funded by the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety.
